Lessons

 

We have an onsite BHSAI qualified instructor who can provide private and group lessons on our own horses, we can start right from the beginning from your very first time on a horse right up to getting ready for a show or competition.

We can also train you on your own horse at the Centre or can travel to your own premises.

The travelling instructor service covers south west Cornwall and must be booked and paid in advance.

Group lessons are great for both adults and children who like the company of others. You can learn off each other with lots of fun group activities. 

Group lessons are great for beginners as you can all learn together and make some friends along the way.

​

Tiny tots sessions are designed for children under 5 years old, its a great way to see if you child likes ponies without having to spend lots of money. They will learn how to groom the ponies and enjoy a little ride up and down the drive.

Dress for Riding.

Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather and horse riding. 

e.g. Long trousers or leggings, trainers or boots/shoe with a small heel.

Helmets will be provided, body protectors available if required.

 

You are welcome to use your own equipment if you wish but it must be checked by our staff for safety.
